Payment Policy

This Payment Policy applies to all purchases made at T FOONG FURNITURE, including 0% instalment plans and SPayLater payments.

Payment Disputes. Customers agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting T FOONG FURNITURE for resolution.

By making a purchase, customers agree to the terms below.

1. General Payment Terms

All prices are subject to confirmation via WhatsApp or in-store.
Full payment or deposit may be required to confirm an order.
Custom Orders
Customized or made-to-order items are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started. Customers are responsible for confirming all specifications before order confirmation.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellation or refund is not allowed, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
Any exchange is subject to management approval.

2. 0% Instalment Plan

2.1 Eligibility

The 0% instalment plan is applicable only for purchases of RM1,000 and above.

2.2 Eligible Banks

This plan is available only for:

MAYBANK
PUBLIC BANK

Using VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards only, subject to bank approval and available credit limit.

2.3 Instalment Tenure

Available instalment periods:

6 months
12 months

2.4 Pricing Condition

No additional cash discount is allowed under instalment purchases
All items must follow the original selling price

2.5 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Confirming instalment approval with their bank
Understanding monthly repayment amount and charges

2.6 Cancellation Policy

Once payment is processed under instalment:

No refund is allowed
Items can only be exchanged for products of the same value, subject to approval

3. SPayLater Payment

3.1 Service Provider

SPayLater is a third-party payment service subject to its own terms and conditions.

3.2 Credit Limit Responsibility

Customers must ensure they have sufficient SPayLater credit limit before making a purchase.

T FOONG FURNITURE is not responsible for failed transactions due to insufficient limit.

3.3 Interest & Charges

All interest rates, fees, and repayment terms are determined by SPayLater.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding all charges before using this payment method.

3.4 Risk Acknowledgement

By using SPayLater, customers accept full responsibility for:

Repayment obligations
Interest charges
Any penalties imposed by the service provider

T FOONG FURNITURE shall not be held responsible for any financial issues arising from SPayLater usage.

3.5 Order Confirmation

Once SPayLater payment is successfully completed, the order is considered confirmed.

No cancellation or refund is allowed, except exchange at management discretion.

4. Final Terms

T FOONG FURNITURE reserves the right to:

Update or modify this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice
Refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors or payment issues
