0% Instalment Plan (Maybank & Public Bank)
SPayLater (subject to eligibility and provider approval)

All instalment and SPayLater transactions are subject to respective bank or service provider terms and conditions.

4. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability.
T FOONG FURNITURE reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

5. Delivery & Installation

Delivery fees, areas, and schedules will be confirmed with customers.
Customers are required to check items upon delivery.
Measurement Responsibility. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all purchased items can fit into their premises, including doorways, lifts, and staircases. T FOONG FURNITURE shall not be held responsible for any delivery failure due to size constraints.
Delivery Timeline. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary due to production, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances. Delays shall not be considered a valid reason for cancellation or refund.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Once an order is confirmed:

No cancellation or refund is allowed
Items may only be exchanged for products of the same value, subject to approval
Custom Orders
Customized or made-to-order items are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started. Customers are responsible for confirming all specifications before order confirmation.
